Isole Tremiti
The Tremiti islands (or Diomedee) are an archipelago of the Adriatic Sea, located 12 nautical miles north of the Gargano promontory and 24 to the east coast of Molise.
Administratively, the archipelago is the Italian town of Tremiti Islands 496 inhabitants of the province of Foggia in Puglia.
The town is part of the Gargano National Park. Since 1989, a portion of its territory is the Tremiti Islands Marine Nature Reserve.
Even being the smallest and the second least populous town in Puglia (with fewer inhabitants there is only Celle di San Vito), it is one of the most important tourist centers of the entire region. For the quality of its bathing water has been repeatedly awarded the Blue Flag, a prestigious recognition of the Foundation for Environmental Education.

The main tourist resorts are Campitello Matese, a popular ski resort, together with Capracotta, which has two major ski resorts, both for downhill skiing and for cross-country skiing.
Another important mountain range is the Mainarde, with deep gorges and forgotten atmospheres, linked to the pastoral world.
Terme di Sepino
Known and appreciated since pre-Roman times, the thermal waters of Sepino gush from the ancient Three Fountains, where people continue to drink and recuperate from all over the territory. Upstream water is also captured and bottled. Sepino is located in the province of Campobasso at a distance of twenty kilometers. It overlooks a beautiful valley surrounded by the Apennine Central enchanting forests that dot the Matese. Namely the thermal baths of Sepino trading at around 900 m above sea level on the peaks of mountains Sepina.
